Blanket Barn Return Policy:
While we strive for perfection when it comes to shipments, if you do find an error with your order please Contact Us upon receipt and we'll gladly remedy it.
Exchanges and returns are accepted within 30 days with a prior RMA (Returned Merchandise Authorization) obtained from Blanket Barn. Please Contact Us with your return request.
All returned products must be in the original packaging and in new condition (free of hair, shavings, dirt etc). The customer is responsible for all shipping charges.
For Custom Orders:
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns on any custom products. This includes any custom trunks, stable equipment, blankets, bridle racks, saddle racks, bags, etc. A custom order is any product that is custom built with color trim options, piping options, also any embroidery or engraved items.
